Refund policy

No Returns on Made-to-Order Items

All of our pieces are made to order, meaning each item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This applies to all items including corsets, dresses, ballgowns, and custom ballgowns.

Custom Sizing

Custom sizing orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, as these are made to your specific measurements. Please ensure all measurements provided are accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production has begun. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted as materials will have been ordered and production scheduled.
