Each piece is designed and made in-house in our London atelier, then carefully dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders are sent using premium, fully tracked delivery services to ensure they arrive promptly, securely, and with the utmost care.

Delivery Times & Methods

UK orders are shipped via either Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm or DHL Express, both of which typically arrive within 1 business day.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 1 - 5 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery Costs

Free delivery is available on all UK orders. For international orders, we contribute towards the cost of delivery, with complimentary shipping available once your order reaches the minimum spend for your region.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive updates directly from DHL - please ensure these emails are monitored so that any customs charges can be settled promptly to avoid delays. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees.
