Each piece is made to order or created as a one-of-a-kind garment, crafted individually in our London atelier with great care and attention. For this reason, all sales are final. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase; after this time, fabric is reserved or sourced specifically for your piece and production will begin, and we are no longer able to accept cancellations. Best care is taken to ensure your garment is completed and dispatched within the stated 8–10 week timeframe, and if you require your piece sooner than this and do not communicate it prior to ordering, we are unable to take responsibility for unmet timing expectations. As each garment is handmade, subtle variations in finish, texture, or detail are a natural expression of the making process and part of what makes each piece unique.

In the rare event of a fault or issue, please contact us directly and we will attend to it with care and resolve it as promptly as possible, and we gently encourage you to take care when selecting your size; sizing queries can also be directed to hello@delashhhh.com, and we are always available to offer guidance prior to ordering to ensure the best fit.
