Where are your pieces made?
Each piece is designed and made in-house in our London atelier. All garments are created to order, allowing for considered craftsmanship, reduced waste, and a fully personalised approach to fit and finish.
How long will my order take?
Please allow 8 - 10 weeks for your piece to be made and dispatched. For bespoke or highly tailored designs, timelines may vary and will always be confirmed prior to production.
This waiting period is part of our atelier process, allowing each garment to be made especially for you in a slower, more considered and sustainable way - ensuring a piece that is uniquely yours, rather than mass produced.
How do I choose the right size?
Each design includes a size chart for guidance. If you are between sizes, outside the chart, or would prefer a more precise fit, custom sizing can be requested at no additional cost.
You may also include your bust and waist measurements in the personalisation box if you are unsure, and we will advise on the most suitable size.
How much does the corset reduce the waist?
Each corset is steel boned and structured with a cotton coutil lining, allowing it to be safely tightlaced to achieve an approximate 2-inch waist reduction. For a more defined silhouette, we recommend selecting a size 2 - 3 inches smaller than your natural waist measurement.
When worn loosely, the back will sit slightly open; when fully tightlaced, it will close almost entirely, creating a more sculpted finish.
Can I request alterations or custom details?
Yes. Length adjustments, fit refinements, and certain design modifications can often be accommodated. Please include requests at checkout or contact us prior to ordering.
Custom fabric or colour variations may also be possible depending on availability.
Do you make custom wedding dresses?
Yes, we create bespoke wedding dresses for brides looking for something truly personal . Each gown is designed in close collaboration with you, combining your vision with our signature aesthetic to create a piece that reflects your individuality. What happens if my measurements change after ordering?
If your measurements change after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Final sizing is confirmed before production begins to ensure the most accurate fit.
What is your approach to sustainability?
All pieces are made to order to reduce waste and ensure a considered production process. Many designs are created using vintage and deadstock fabrics.
Natural fibres are prioritised wherever possible, however some garments may incorporate synthetic fibres - these are almost exclusively sourced from deadstock materials, giving existing fabric new life rather than contributing to new production.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, fabric and materials are ordered specifically for your piece, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@delashhhh.com so we can resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All pieces are dispatched from the United Kingdom and shipped worldwide using fully tracked express services. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the client.
Can I request a rush order?
Rush production may be available depending on studio capacity and is subject to an additional fee. Please contact us at hello@delashhhh.com before ordering to confirm availability and cost.
Do you sell patterns?
No, we do not sell our patterns. All of our patterns are drafted in-house and are continually refined, adjusted, and developed over time. As each piece is made to order and often adapted to suit the individual wearer, our patterns form part of our design process. We sell finished garments only, not the patterns used to create them.
