1. Choose your piece

Whether it is a silk corset or a Pre-Raphaelite dress, find the piece that speaks to you. If you would like small adjustments to sizing, you can simply include your custom measurements and requests in the personalisation box at checkout. For larger changes or more significant alterations, please contact us at hello@delashhhh.com before ordering to discuss what is possible.

2. Place your order

Once you order, fabric will be ordered or, in the case of vintage fabrics, reserved within 48 hours.

3. Made-to-order production

As each item is made-to-order, the typical wait time is 8–10 weeks. The time required to create each piece is stated in the product description box for full transparency. Items may be completed and shipped earlier depending on workload and production schedule. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us in advance to check whether this is possible and to confirm whether a rush fee would apply.

4. Final confirmation before production

We will contact you before cutting your fabric. This will give you the opportunity to confirm your order and let us know if there are any final changes you would like to make, such as adjustments to size or an updated delivery address. Once fabric has been cut, your piece will move into production and no further changes can be made.

5. Measurements & Communication

We will contact you if we need any additional measurements or clarification to ensure the best possible fit.

6. Completion & Shipping

Once your item is finished, it will be shipped, and tracking information will be provided.

7. Delivery

Your order will typically arrive within 1–5 working days, depending on location.
